The Psychology Building is home to the oldest continuing
psychology laboratory in America, originally founded in 1888 by William
Lowe Bryan, a future president of the American Psychological Association
(1903) and Indiana University (1902-1937).
The Department of Psychology offers study and research in a
broad range of programs, including clinical, cognitive, developmental,
mathematical, and social psychology, as well as animal behavior, neural
science, and biology.
